Third-Party Couriers
Once your parcel has been collected from our factory, it is in the care of an independent third-party courier company. Crystal Birch Millinery is not affiliated with or responsible for these companies, and therefore we cannot accept liability for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur after the parcel leaves our premises.
Damaged Parcels in Transit
While we take the utmost care to package your hat securely, Crystal Birch Millinery cannot be held liable for any damage caused to the box or the product during transit or international travel. Any claims regarding damaged parcels must be directed to the courier/shipping provider responsible for delivery.
Risk Transfer
Risk of loss and ownership passes to you once your order has been collected by the courier service from our premises.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to track and follow up with the courier company for updates, queries, or claims relating to shipping and delivery once the parcel has been dispatched.
