Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, after receiving your item to request a return/ refund. 

We allow 28 days for exchange of your hats from the date of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process: Please contact us at orders@thehatfactory.africa. Once return is accepted, refund, exchange or credit will be issued.

ALL RETURNS of online orders is for the clients expense to send back to us at 115C Harrington street Gardens CT.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate 

and resolve immediately. Please note that Courier companies are a third party and Crystal Birch / The Hat Factory is not liable for any damages once the parcel is handed

over to the third party and off our premises.

 

Refunds

Refunds to be issued of the hats value excl. shipping. Credit to be issued via mail and exchanges to be arranged by our team.
